How to Create a New Ticket?

To create a new ticket, you must first login into your Help Desk Account using your ementalist.co.in domain email and the password created by you. Once you have logged in, you need to click on Open New Ticket to create a new ticket. You can then select the Help Topic which is relevant to your problem. (To know more about Help Topics read "What are the types of tickets?")
Once you have selected your help topic, you can fill all the relevant information that is needed to help you with your problem. Ticket can then be submitted by clicking the "Create Ticket" button on the same page. After clicking on the button, help will come to you within 2-48 hours depending upon your requirement.
