How to View Status of a Ticket?

You will be required to be logged into your IT Help Desk Account. Once you have logged in, click on Tickets on the Menu bar. You can see a list of all your Tickets i.e. Open/Closed and clicking on any of the tickets will show you progress of each ticket with all the conversations with it. Please refer to screenshot on the right side bar.
