Yes, all our products are safe for use on children.

Yes, some of our vendors have vegan products.

Our products are safe to use when pregnant. However, we recommend that you refer to your GP for further advice.

We ship worldwide. If you find your desired country is not available at the checkout, please email us at info@nubian-bazaar.com and we will see what we can do.

→ For standard UK delivery please allow 2-5 days.

→  Our vendors offer Tracked Express Delivery to UK destinations. The product will be delivered the next working day after it has been dispatched.

→  International delivery is available on many products and is displayed on the product page. The cost for delivery is calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of the product.

→ Please allow 5-10 working days from dispatch.

The customer is responsible for all customs fees. If the customer’s country or region charges fees (import tariff, value-added tax, customs handling fees, etc.), the customer must pay the charge(s).

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time for your destination, please do email us at info@nubian-bazaar.com with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.

You’ll find your tracking number in the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey.

If your tracking number doesn’t work please email info@nubian-bazaar.com with your order number.

→  Outlining this to the vendor directly by signing in to your account, clicking ‘my account’ at the top of the page, clicking ‘my orders’ within this menu, picking the order you want to return, and then clicking on ‘contact the Partner’ where you can upload this information.

→   If already received, package the item up and send it back to the vendor within 14 days of letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend you use signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.

→  14 days after the day the product is received by the vendor.

OR

→   If earlier, 14 days after the date you provide evidence that you have returned the product to the vendor.

OR

→  Please don’t destroy or throw away any product and where relevant the external packaging, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to the vendor and agreed that doing so won’t affect any refund you may be entitled to.

→  Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the vendor ).

There is a fee of 30.00 pounds per month.

When registering, all vendors are asked to agree to our terms and to the fact that they are a Black-owned shop/business. Second, business owners are asked to select their ethnic group covering the full continent of Africa all the diaspora. Lastly, the business owner must upload a profile image of themselves. Customers on Nubian Bazaar want to ensure that they are supporting a Black-owned shop, therefore these measures are important and necessary. Although, there is no way to ensure that everyone who is selling on the site is indeed “Black”, we take special measures in ensuring that most are. There will always be infiltrators, therefore please feel free to report any suspicious accounts or activity to info@nubian-bazaar.com

→  When you add products in your store Admin panel, there is a section that allows you to set the products as “Available for Sale” – you can select yes or no and by selecting “yes” your products will be live as soon as you upload that product.

→  We are unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please take care to check address details before placing your order. We are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it.

→  Sign into your account and go to your “Store” dashboard.

→  Click on Catalogue>>Products

→  You can add a new product or click on a product that is already uploaded to edit it.

At the Shipping section:

→  Freight is the national shipping price – please put your national shipping cost for the product here. If you want to offer free shipping, you can click the free shipping box.

→  Additional shipping freight is the cost to ship the item as an additional item with another being purchased from your shop by the same customer (i.e, if a customer is buying 2 or more items, this is the rate the 2nd,3rd, etc. items will be shipped at.)

→  You can set the international and additional international prices – please leave these completely blank if you will not offer international shipping.

Once you sign in and click on the Store Icon>>Dashboard, which is your store dashboard, you will click on  Catalogue>>Products. Click on the Add Product button on the upper left-hand side of the page to start uploading products to your store.

In order to have your products show as available for purchase, you’ll need to set up your financial information and create a WePay account. Here’s how to do so:

  1. Log into your account and go to your dashboard.
  2. Click My Account in the left sidebar, Then click “Financial Info.”
  3. At the bottom of the screen, click the “Get WePay account” button. Set up your account (you will receive an email from WePay and have to follow those instructions) and your products will then become available again.

We are working to add Paypal as a form of payment very shortly. For now, WePay allows you to have funds deposited straight into your account.

You can go to Catalog>>Products and then “select all” your products by clicking on the box on the upper left, and then on the bottom, there is a button (a circle with a vertical line through the middle) If you click this circle, you can enable/disable products.

Thank you for making the switch over to We Buy Black! Currently, our importer only supports files from Shopify and Etsy. In fact, we enhanced the importer to make the process very seamless. When exporting your products from your current platform, this should not delete your products on that platform. Therefore, feel free to sell on multiple websites!
